Return & Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to a full refund on the purchase price of any item they
order, providing the following criteria are met:
Item is returned in its original condition: unopened, seal not broken and item not
damaged.
Call to +91 9538892930 receive a return authorization number (non-authorized returns
are subject to refusal). We are open 7 Days in Week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Return is postmarked within 7 days of the order date.
Reimbursements on shipping costs will apply only if the return is a result of our
error.
If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it for credit as
long as conditions except 1 are satisfied.
Please pack any return carefully with lots of packing material to prevent breakage.
Village Organics will refund only if returned items are undamaged & not unpacked
(not used).
The delivery time of the product is around 2-3 days. If there is any delay because
of some unavoidable reasons (like lockdown, natural disaster, etc…) we will inform
you beforehand. you can feel free to reach out to us via call for an update
